Hello all,

Saturday’s restoration (February 19) will be in the neighborhood of Hourglass Pond at High Rock Park where we will go after alien twining vines with pruners and the alien devil’s walking stick with our weed wrenches.  The meeting place is 10:00am at the High Rock parking lot at Nevada Avenue.  If you’re late, just follow the yellow trail north away from Nevada Avenue and continue past loosestrife swamp and the Moravian Cemetery to find us.  If we’re lucky the day will be warm.  The extended forecast calls for temperatures in the low 50’s and wind, and that’s an improvement over the cold and wet forecast of a few days ago… but, along the coast anything might happen weather-wise by next week.   If there is interest, after a two hour work session, we will take a short walk over nearby trails. For information call Don Recklies at (718) 768-9036 or Chuck Perry at (718) 667-1393.
