New Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook

Effective on January 1, 2012 a new and improved Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook will go into effect.

As of January 1, 2012 the Advancement Committee (National Policy) will no longer accept Eagle Scout Service projects for approval that  are written up in the current edition of the workbook.  If a Scout wants to use the current edition of the work book he must submit his project for approval in time for the Advancement Committee meeting of December 1, 2011.

A fillable version of the  new workbook is available at www.scouting.org
(click on “Youth,” then “Boy Scout,” then “Advancement, Awards, Recognition”, or click here http://www.scouting.org/sitecore/content/Home/BoyScouts/AdvancementandAwards/resources.aspx).  The form will also be available at www.siadvancement.org. If you experience difficulties with the fillable PDF, you may need to download a more recent version of Adobe Acrobat reader (available free online).
