Eagle Scout Reunion and Hall of Fame – February 2014

Dear Fellow Eagle Scout:

On Thursday, February 6, 2014 the Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America will be re-introducing its’ Eagle Scout Hall of Fame “A Gathering of Eagles” reunion reception and induction ceremony. This renewed tradition here in New York City will welcome, celebrate and reconnect adult Eagle Scouts to Scouting service.

‘Old Glory’ to find good home at Seton Foundation for Learning

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – TOMPKINSVILLE – Special-needs students from the Seton Foundation for Learning can salute “Old Glory” in style, thanks to a brand-new flag pole and garden installed in front of their Arrochar school by Boy Scouts from Troop 77.

The troop is based out of Our Lady of Good Counsel School, Tompkinsville.

Work on the East Shore flagpole and surrounding area was carried out under the direction of Christopher Brown, a West Brighton teen who is completing his requirements for Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Scouting.
